    "Universe: all 30 cards whose provider name marks them Alternate Art in Evolving Skies (17), Fusion Strike (9) and Lost Origin (4), from full-history pulls on August 8, 2026. Prices are TCGplayer Near Mint MARKET prices, which are asks, not sold comps. Our weekly series for these cards begins January 27, 2025, but the 18-month window is measured from each card's first FEBRUARY 2025 reading (February 3) to its last reading on or before August 8, 2026, which is what makes the window eighteen months rather than eighteen and a half; the January point is not the baseline. Treatment cohort: the three cards with established community nicknames (Moonbreon, Sunbreon, Tina); nicknames that are simple species shorthand (Zard) or official collaboration titles (Van Gogh Pikachu) are out of scope. Medians throughout. The treatment cohort is three cards; that is the entire population of established alt-art nicknames in these sets, not a sample, but small-N caution still applies and per-card figures are shown so nothing hides in an average.
