The calls themselves are already public: every dossier on the reports desk prints its current edition and its dated calls.
A report edition is stamped when a card's material facts move (a verdict label changes, the grading EV sign flips, raw or any grade median moves more than 7%, or the pop-growth regime changes) or 30 days pass. Stamping freezes the verdicts as dated calls; each call's falsifier is written down at stamp time and never edited. At the 90 day horizon the call is scored against the same recorded tapes the reports print: verified sales velocity, PSA population snapshots, gem-rate drift, and the disclosed EV formula. A call whose deciding figure is unavailable at the horizon stays pending rather than being guessed. Nothing here is modeled and nothing is retroactively reworded.
