Price a binder page at the buy counter.
Someone brings in a binder. You photograph each nine-pocket page, and moonstone names every card down to the exact set and printing, looks up the TCGplayer market price, takes off your margin and adds it up. You hand the seller an offer sheet instead of working through the pages one card at a time.
Single cards are free with no account. Binder pages need Pro. Details below.
How it works at the counter
- Set your terms once. Your buy margin, a floor below which you make no offer, and how offers round. They stay on that device.
- Photograph the pages. Use the phone you keep at the counter, or drop page photos into a desktop browser. Loose singles go through the single card scanner, one at a time.
- Check the flagged rows. Tap a flagged card to confirm the match or pick the printing, and set condition and quantity where a card is played or doubled up.
- Hand over the offer. Export the sheet as a spreadsheet file or print it. The total is at the bottom.
What it does for you
The exact printing, not a name match
Holo, reverse holo, 1st Edition and shadowless are separate cards with separate prices, and the scanner tells them apart. When two printings share the same art, it asks you which one you are holding instead of guessing.
Market price, less your margin
Each card is priced at the recorded TCGplayer market for that printing, updated daily. Your offer is that price less your margin, rounded down to the step you choose and never up. Cards under your floor are counted as bulk and get no offer. A card with no market price gets no offer either; nothing is made up for it.
Unsure matches stay off the offer
A card the scanner is not confident about is flagged for you to look at and left out of the offer total until you confirm it. The sheet marks every row still waiting for review.
An offer sheet your POS can read
One row per card with name, set, number, printing, condition, quantity, market and offer side by side, a review column, the TCGplayer ID, and a totals row. Column names are on the first line, so a spreadsheet or inventory import reads it as is.

Already have a POS or your own software?
The scanner behind shop intake is also a REST API. POST /api/v1/scan takes one card photo. POST /api/v1/binder takes a photo of a binder page and returns one pocket per card with ranked matches, a confidence and a price, billed as one unit per page. You can build it into your own intake screen or point of sale.
- Sandbox free, 25 scans a month
- Developer $9 a month, 500 scans a month
- Growth $39 a month, 5,000 scans a month
- Scale $249 a month, 50,000 scans a month
Monthly plans with no overage charges: when the quota runs out, further calls are refused, not billed. A Pro membership with no API plan of its own includes 200 API scans a month.
