Unseen Forces Card Prices: All 117 Cards

Unseen Forces is the most valuable of the sixteen EX-era sets: 117 English cards, all of them priced, summing to $11,209.45 on September 23, 2026. Four cards carry 55.9% of that. They are Lugia ex at $2,500 and the three Legendary Beast Gold Stars, Raikou ☆ at $1,600, Suicune ☆ at $1,100 and Entei ☆ at $1,067. The median card in the set asks $2.44, and 69 of the 117 ask under $5. This is a set with a very short top and almost nothing underneath it.

The nine bands hold all 117 cards. Sixty-nine of them, 59.0% of the checklist, ask under $5 and are worth $99 between them. The set's cheapest card is an Energy Search at 23 cents. 92.1% of what Unseen Forces is worth sits in the 21 cards asking $100 or more, and 52 of the 117 are catalogued as Rare against 34 Uncommon and 31 Common, with the 52 Rares holding $11,086 of the $11,209.45.

Ranks 1 to 21 are contiguous and are every card in the set asking $100 or more. Read the three rightmost columns together. Umbreon ex asks $500.50 and has twenty recorded PSA 9 sales at a median of $8,000, and no recorded PSA 10 sold median, which means fewer than three PSA 10 sales are on file: it gems 2.47% of the time, so the grade collectors chase is close to absent from the market for it. The three Gold Stars are the exception, and the reason is not that they gem more easily in absolute terms but that far more of them were submitted. Entei ☆ carries 4,126 recorded submissions against Umbreon ex's 1,860, so its 7.27% gem rate has produced 300 tens and a market thick enough to record twenty sales. The gap between an ask of $1,067 and a sold PSA 10 median of $15,013 is fourteen times, and across the 27 Unseen Forces cards carrying both a $5-plus ask and a PSA 10 median the median multiple is 30.04x. 38 Unseen Forces cards carry 100 or more recorded PSA submissions, 32,905 submissions between them, returning 2,212 tens. The median card in that group gems 6.8% of the time, which puts Unseen Forces fourth hardest of the sixteen EX-era sets. The hardest card in the set is Umbreon ex at 2.47% and the easiest is an Eevee at 33.8%, an ordinary common asking $9.63. That spread, a factor of thirteen inside one set printed on one press run, is the reason a single set-level gem rate is a weak number and the per-card figure is the one to use. The concentration claim is the one to attack. 55.9% of a set sitting in four cards is a statement about four asking prices, and three of the four are cards where the raw market is thin enough that a single relisting moves the number. If the ask on Lugia ex is a seller's hopeful figure rather than a clearing price, the set is worth less than $11,209.45 and the four-card share is smaller. The evidence available runs against that reading rather than for it: Lugia ex has four verified PSA 10 sales at a median of $16,461 and twenty-six PSA 9 sales at $8,420, so the graded market for the card is well above its raw ask rather than below it. A second break would be the reverse: if the 69 sub-$5 cards are systematically underpriced because nobody relists bulk, the tail is worth more and the top share falls. A third would be a printing we have collapsed, because any Unseen Forces card existing in a second printing we quote as one product would change both the total and the ladder.

Raw prices are asks on one day, September 23, 2026, and graded figures are sold medians over verified sales. The two are never combined into one number here, and where both appear the sample size is printed. Unseen Forces carries a recorded release date of August 22, 2005, and our daily tape begins on August 30, 2026, so nothing here is windowed to its launch and no age or since-release figure appears. Its cards have no weekly price series reaching back before August 30, 2026 either, so there is no return figure at any horizon. Population: all 117 `cards` rows with `lang = 'en'` and `set_name = 'Unseen Forces'`, deduplicated on `tcg_id`, which collapsed zero rows. Prices are `price_history.price` on day 20719, which is 2026-09-23 and the fullest of the tape's 25 days at 52,378 catalogue rows; all 117 carry a row on it, so there is no residual and no exclusion. `price_history` records each product's CANONICAL printing under the shared price rule in `packages/core`, deliberately not the dump's flagship figure, so a multi-printing product is quoted at the printing the market trades rather than at its dearest row. Summed ask is the sum over the 117 and equals $11,209.45. Share of set is the card's ask over that total. Medians take the upper middle value on even samples. Graded figures come from `graded_snapshots`, latest row per card and grade read across both the catalogue-id and TCGplayer-id keyspaces with the fresher row taken; they are SOLD medians over verified sales, and each is printed with its sale count. The cron writes a median only on three or more verified sales, so "not recorded" means fewer than three sales on file rather than none. The 30.04x figure is the median of PSA 10 median divided by raw ask over the 27 cards carrying both a PSA 10 median and an ask of $5 or more; the $5 floor exists because a small absolute ask produces an unstable ratio, and on Unseen Forces it removes nothing at all: all 27 cards carrying a PSA 10 median also ask $5 or more.
